http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Guardian/Pix/pictures/2009/6/20/1245503587653/Iranian-riot-police-stand-001.jpgOn the weekend, Iranian woman Neda Agha Soltan was shot dead on the street during protests. The Iranian government has now ordered Neda Agha Soltan's parents to move out of their apartment building in Tehran.

Information has also been gathered showing that the Iranian police not only refused to give the body back to her family, but cancelled her funeral and refused to tell her family when they buried the body themselves.

The government has also banned mourning ceremonies for her at mosques.

The family had put up black banners and attached a mourning announcement to their building, but the police took them down, banning anyone from discussing Neda's death or showing signs of mourning.

Neda's family have thus been alone since their daughter's death.

Official confirmation of the government forcing Neda's family out of their home is yet to be confirmed.

However, the government is accusing protesters of killing Neda. A pro-government newspaper has even accused Jon Leyne, a recently expelled BBC correspondant of hiring people to kill Neda in order for him to be able to make a documentary film.
